Close the legacy projects, installation and commissioning. Reduce the penalties for delays, and closing them with a 10/10. Improvements on Sales records, year after year. Import Negotiation with Pampa Energia the financial, commercial, legal, technical and warranty conditions for cancellation of a service contract. This generated important profits against what could have been to continue with the project. Reorganization of the staff. Improve the experiences of the staff, through training and new motivations. Coordinate labour with regional Branches. Improvement on Client facing actions, and user experience. We used to have a bad reputation on Deliveries 80% negative and we work hard to move it into 45% negative. Most of those negative points correspond to the past impregnated in the client.

Develop new business Destination Bookings & Sales, Local P&L of the aftermarket and service business generated within Argentina, Chile, Bolivia & Uruguay. Meeting the AOP target. Team leaders and managers reporting directly to me HR, PM, Regional HR FSR, SM, SCM, QHSE & Repair Center Leader. Monthly meetings with Legal & Control the Safety of the employees, the ethical and legal compliance with the Local Laws and local regulations as well with the guidelines set up by the Company.
