Job Description
Contribute to Sr PM when designing marketing plans (aligned with Global strategy), and implementation. Responsible for monitoring budget management and administration. Ensure right positioning (right drug for the right patient), sales and profitability. Establish trustful relationship with medical societies and experts to ensure adequate level of scientific information and programs for all physicians.

Adapt, challenge and design Global strategy to achieve the objectives of positioning, sales and profitability.• Develop scientific programs: DME activities.• Monitor actions to ensure compliance and eventually correct in a timely manner if any detours.• Define product communication strategies. Adapt locally using the key messages and develop promotional materials for physicians, POP, OS and other stakeholders.• Implement Programs POP / PSP ensuring compliance with quality standards for the initiation and subsequent handling of new programs.• Lead contact with KOLs, Specialists and Medical Societies to build trust long relationships.• Train sales force in relation to the product, market, strategy, plans and objectives of the brand in order to provide the tools for successful performance.• Sales Forecast planning to ensure existence of optimizing the level of product SiT.• Manage budget allocation to each marketing action and conduct related oversight.• Interaction with scientific area (Medical Advisor, MSL)• Forecast sales and inventory analysis.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.- English Spanish previous experience in similar positions
