    Reporting to the Benelux CEO and to global CHRO in Milano, I had the full responsibility on the HR processes/activities for Prysmian Group in Benelux (about 850 employees with 4 manufacturing plants in the Netherlands and the country head office located in Delft), supporting country CEO and Management Team and directly managing 5 HR Managers, with a total HR staff of 12 people. Under the responsibility of the team that I led, were all the major human resources and organization areas: recruiting and staffing, employer branding, performance management, organizational development, people development and training, compensation & benefit, employees and unions relations, labor law and local institutions requirements, payroll, labor cost and reporting.

  • HR Director – Sweden and Denmark

    Reporting to the Nordic Region HR Director, I had the full responsibility on the HR processes/activities for Prysmian Group Swedish affiliate (about 175 employees with 1 manufacturing plant), supporting country CEO and Management Team and directly managing a staff of 2 people (1 HR Manager and 1 Payroll Assistant). In January 2015, in addition to my current responsibilities, I’ve been also appointed as HR Director for the Danish affiliate (about 100 employees with 1 manufacturing plant), supporting country CEO and Management Team and directly managing 1 HR Manager. I also had responsibility on organization over Prysmian Group Nordic Region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Russia).

  • North America Organization & People Development Manager

    Reporting to the Human Resources Vice President – North America, I had the responsibility of organization (analysis, processes, sizing and communications), training, people development initiatives, performance management, talent management and labor cost management. I was deeply involved as the Integration Leader, together with Prysmian Group top management, in the analysis, definition and implementation of the new North American organizational model and structures (after Prysmian/Draka merge in 2011). From February 2012, in addition to above responsibilities, I was also appointed as Elevators BU HR Manager. Reporting to the BU Elevator General Manager, I had the full responsibility on the HR processes for the BU (700 people worldwide, 250 people in North America), with a business partnership approach towards the company functions.
