Role synopsis
Overall purpose of the job is to define the future fleet offer and services vision in the alignment with Advanced Mobility team and Fleet organization as well as leading offers implementation.

Key accountabilities
Delivering customer insights supporting definition of the future fleet offer and services vision(incl. customer journey)
Monitoring main trends (customers, technology, automotive industry, etc.) to inspire fleet organization to become an industry leader by developing innovative solutions
Defining long term roadmap of fleet offers and services based on customer insights, trends as well as input from Fleet organization
Defining customer value proposition and requirements for appropriate activities delivered by IT&S and / or Fleet organization to implement cutting edge mobility offer or partnership
In cooperation with Digital CoE (B2C) defining roadmap of BPMe enhancements and leading its implementation
Delivering insights regarding professional / commercial drivers to inspire Digital CoE (B2C) in further BPMe enhancementsWith the support of capability manager reassuring appropriate trainings to deliver new offers agenda
Essential Education
University graduate. Graduate in Marketing is valued or MBA or Master in Marketing disciplines.
