As part of a $68.5M / 11.5 year contract, the solution will deliver essential capabilities to support and enable hosting of the XXI Commonwealth Games 2018. The solution will enable CoGC to deliver $28M net savings over 12 years, providing a 24/7 online customer portal, a single view of the customer, enabling a mobile workforce through efficient workflow and process design. CoGC will improve how the workforce delivers services, transforming the City's Customer Experience.

Hitting a large 'roo stopped us reaching Byron Bay, the Gold Coast and Brisbane, QLD, so they will be added to the next trip Outback beyond the Black Stump - encompassing the Top End and the Red Centre.
