As an employee at Seafolly, I am a Brand Ambassador to the company who focuses on inventive ways to create new looks and fashion tips with the Seafolly garments. This marketing ploy is to show women the garments full potential, and to fit customers accordingly to suit their wants and needs. Our store cleanliness and presentation is key into attracting consumers and giving them an optimal view of our collection. We focus on transforming regular walls of product into an eye catching form of visual display to show chase products, as well as demonstrating every aspect of the extensive accessory collection. My role at Seafolly Australia is to build consumer relationships though product knowledge, promoting and creative selling tactics to ensure the customer leaves happy and educated about everything we stand for at Seafolly Australia
at A Trip To The Moon

The concept created behind A Trip To the Moon is to take customers out of reality and show them quirky and original designs from around the world, all in one store. This gives the consumer an interesting and exciting experience. Working for an exotic company has taught me about product knowledge of various designs, which has helped me enlighten customers about every product in store and its usefulness. The A Trip To The Moon philosophy is avoiding forceful marketing strategies, but instead heavily informing customers about a product designs and use so they are able to come to terms themselves about whether the product is right for them. This marketing strategy is significant as it encourages customers discreetly without forcing a sale. My role at A Trip To the Moon is to represent this out of world experience to customers, and make them feel more knowledgeable and cultured than they did before entering.

PSB is a market research and consultant company that works with qualitative and quantitative data to deliver business solutions to their clients. They have many offices in the United States, with their headquarters located in Washington DC. I worked closely with the behavioural analytics team, where over three months I looked at combining consumer data, behavioural data, attitudinal data and advanced analytics to help produce better business decisions and yield superior business outcomes for our biggest client Microsoft. I was treated as a junior data analyst, and in that role I was responsible to help formulate, design, and present behavioural analytic research studies. I was given the opportunity to learn how to draft surveys, use Microsoft PowerBI and tell stories based on the combined data using both PowerPoint and Excel.
