Job Description

Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Leader / Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage and maintain customer relationships whilst ensuring policies & procedures are followed
- Generating and carrying out periodic billing and statement runs
- Account reconciliations and payment allocations
- Assisting with month end close
- Investigate debt issues and negotiate payment periods where required
- Ad hoc tasks to support AR/Finance team The Successful Applicant

- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in an administration environment which will contribute to the efficient operation of a team and ensured business outcomes were achieved
- Positive attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks and is deadline-driven
- A resilient professional who can work well autonomously and enjoys problem solving
