Randstad are seeking a motivated individual to support our client in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This role is available Part Time (3 days per week) 8.30am – 5pm.

Please note this is a temporary position for 6 months

The Role:

As an Admin Support Officer, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Providing accurate and effective administrative support and assistance
- Ensuring enquiries, archiving and data entry are completed accurately and within set timeframes
- Using SAP
- Provide additional support to the Business Support team To be successful in this role you will:


- Have demonstrated experience in an administration environment
- Be available to work 8.30am – 5pm at least 3 days p/week
- Ability to work in a team
- A commitment to delivering an excellent standard of customer service
- A high level of organisational and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded
- Be available to start immediately (Jan 2020)
- Previous experience in the contruction industry will be highly regarded To Apply:
