should be a great relationship manager with the ability to sell, negotiate, and
align our company goals with those of potential alliance partners. Using these
abilities, you will build long term relationships with quality partners in
which both sides will mutually benefit from working together.


•Responsibilities:


−Create
a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship
management.


−Collaborate
with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal
goals with new and existing partner relationships.


−Deliver
a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation -- you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.


−Forecast,
measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including
co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event
partnerships.


−Establish
the right processes for engaging and vetting new partners while maintaining and
deepening relationships with existing partners.


•Requirements:


−BA/BS
or equivalent working experience.


−Strong
abilities in developing and managing partnerships for the purpose of product
distribution, lead or revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives.


−Past
experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management preferred.


−Amazing
communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and
organization skills.
 
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
 Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
