Description

The RoleWorking cross-functionally you will be responsible for the sales performance, operational activities,customer service and overall profitability of all MUJI stores in your area. Through a strong collaboration and follow up with different stakeholders, you will ensure that all MUJI standards and routines are followed. You will also be involved in the recruitment, training and development of all store management teams.

Qualifications and required experiences

Must have experience working as a manager with staff responsibility
At least 2 years’ experience working as a store manager or area manager
Sales driven and results-oriented
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, determine key priorities and delegate
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills and decisions-making abilities
Ability to provide strong leadership and guidance
