About The Role
* Be hands on and lead by example to a team of 4
* Deliver on exceptional customer service
* Ensure team is delivering on exceptional customer service at all times
* Support and train the team
* Report to the Store Manager
* Assemble Bikes for customers
* Manage set budgets and KPI's
* Drive company vision, mission and values
* Adhere closely to all policies and procedures
* Motivate and inspire the team
* Stock integrity and visual merchandising
* Managing store rosters
* Full time - working across a 7 day roster

Skills & Experience
* Previous management experience - 2 years minimum
* Proven ability to reach sales targets
* Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
* Previous Bike shop experience is an advantage and highly desirable
* Ordering and receiving stock
* Experience with stock integrity and stock control
* Outstanding Visual Merchandising skills
* Experience in assembling Bikes
* Experience in the leisure and sporting industry
