- Be responsible for monitoring brand, competitor and market performance for your portfolio, flagging issues & opportunities to be addressed with proposed solutions to ensure delivery against targets
- Develop and deliver marketing activation plans in line with strategy, including events, communications and digital marketing
- Be the consumer expert and brand champion of your portfolio in the business
- Lead category reviews and manage retailer relationships
- Managing the agreed marketing and promotional budgets, in line with agreed plans

- A bachelor degree in Business, Commerce or similar with a marketing focus
- Proficient Italian speaker in a business and professional context
- Experience in the premium Food & Beverage industry, specifically international foods and European brands
- Proven experience at working remotely and independently from other teams and team members
- Experience in working across different time zones and geographical barriers
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with agency partners, internal stakeholders and team members, with sensitivity to cultural differences
- Efficient project management skills
- Well-developed sense of commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget ownership
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross culturally at all levels of an organisation
- Enthusiastic and passionate, championing the premium brand throughout the business
- Analytical skills and a level competency using IRI and/or other analytical resources to analyse brand performance and health
