What you’ll do

Support Woolworths Group in continuing to make it easier for suppliers to work with Woolworths via our Partner Hub Platform. You will be responsible for responding to queries from our suppliers via phone and email and guiding them to the answers they’re looking for, these queries may be based on your expertise, issue resolution and data tracking. Additionally you will support the Partner Hub teams in project related activities, identify areas of opportunity for improvement and assist with Business UAT testing as required for Partner Hub.

You are diligent and enjoy the challenges of working in a high pressured environment, whilst being able to keep a positive outlook. You’re organised, outgoing and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You’re curious, have an eye for the bigger picture and strong attention to detail. You deal with complexity by collaborating with colleagues, listening to customers and suppliers, testing ideas and continuously learning. You take authorship for what you create.
