What you’ll be doing...
A key business unit in Australia is our Security Operations Centre (SOC) that operates out of Canberra. Currently we are seeking a Business operations specialist to support the wider functions of the Security Operations Centre by carrying out tasks related to vendor, financial, project coordination, client reporting and administration as required

Key Responsibilities:
Forecast and track operational and capital expenses for the group
Procure hardware, software and licenses to enable a supportable infrastructure
Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors and internal stakeholders.
Produce monthly client reports within specified deadlines.
Support the business for client contract renewals.
Provide financial guidance and best practice to remove excessive cost from the business.
Develop business cases and materials for executive consumption
Provide governance and administrative support to core group functions.
Assist in maintaining an accurate CMDB system
Optionally plan and schedule sustainment programs and track deliverables
What we’re looking for...
Key Skills/Experience:

Experience using reporting and/ or financial management systems such as SAP, and standard office suites of tools
Good understanding of the technical, operational and procedural requirements in both Government and non-Government IT operations.
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and dedication to quality, reliability in all work tasks
Experience in macros or scripting languages for reporting purposes, or the ability to dashboard in Splunk would be highly considered.
