We have an amazing opportunity for a Cash Officer to join our Team here at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium.

About the Role

Reporting to the Admissions Operations Manager you will oversee the daily operation of Darling Harbour attractions cash office, completing timely revenue reconciliation, and supporting duties to internal customers. With attention to detail as the main order of business, the success of this role is measured by your ability to complete reconciliations with a high level of accuracy, feeding results back to the attraction managers with required actions. Duties are completed whilst adhering to company cash handling, health & safety, and operational policies.

This role fits within the SEA LIFE Admissions Team who ensures the best experience for our guests!

About You

We are looking for someone who is experienced in end of day revenue reconciliation and is looking to grow their career! The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and be driven by delivering the high quality & speedy information to the Darling Harbour Attractions. You will have over 2 years’ experience in the customer service industry, positioned in environments that have a focus on procedural accuracy & meeting financial targets. You will be experienced at prioritising & delegating in situations that demand fast resolution & managing various expectations of internal & external customers.
