About the Role
This is a part time contract opportunity based in the western suburbs. They areseeking a Change Manager to help deliver 2 SAP Success Factor Modules.
You will be part of the Transformation team you will be providing leadership on innovative Business Transformation projects primarily focused on SAP implementations. Applying your previous consulting experience you will collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement SAP solutions with impacts across the whole enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to develop change strategies that support and augment the project delivery strategy
- Provide strategic advice and help support clients through the transformation process
- Design, innovate, and implement solutions that deliver change acceptance, business readiness, and adoption
- Manage a team of consultants across multiple projects and timelines
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues encouraging the embrace of change and disruption
- Develop a Change delivery model encompassing cultural transformation, HR transformation, organisational design, and technology implementation
Skills & Experience

- SuccessFactors Change Experience
- Demonstrated high degree of organisational change management skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing change and communication plans
- Employee experience change management
- Project management skills to ensure robust development and implementation of change and engagement plans
- A solid understanding of how people go through change and a change process
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Technical Planning, Operations, Installations, Upgrades, Migrations
