Serving up classic French brasserie style cuisine in it's true form - Felix has been well awarded from both the Good Food Guide (1 Hat) and Gourmet Traveller. Tucked away in Ash Street, you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into the backstreets of Paris. Every detail of Felix has been considered – from the imported French chandeliers, to Parisian subway tiles and beautiful pewter bar. Our intoxicating ambiance is matched by attentive service and classic French fare, delivered with precision.

We’re looking for a driven Chef de Partie who is Passionate about French cuisine and wanting to learn new skills. Working in a team that has 20+ chefs, this is one of our largest and busiest brigades! You'll be competent on pan and grill sections and have a desire to progress up the ranks. You will have experience in working across multiple sections and assisting junior chefs in the team when needed. Our Head Chef, Mike Flood is an excellent mentor and support who is a huge advocate for internal promotion and career development - so if you live for European food that's created with the best quality ingredients, and are keen for the next challenge this could be the role for you.
