What we are seeking is a creative and determined Jt Sous Chef that is an all round superstar and wants to take their career to the next level . Working closely with the senior kitchen team you will be working across the venues multiple outlets on a daily basis focusing on consistently delivering great food.

Skills we Seek Include:


- Creative skills across all aspects of the industry, from Cafe to A la Cart, Bistro to 1000 pax functions
- Strong all rounder who is very confident on all sections including Grill and Functions.
- Career driven and everyday looking to improve their skillset
- A real team player who can stay focussed in a busy kitchen
- Must have full knowledge of all kitchen operations, safe food, WHS and HACCP in a multi kitchen setting
