About the role
Due to positive growth in our Healthcare (Seniors) segment we are calling for applications for experienced Chefs to join our team located on the Northern fringe of Brisbane’s CBD.
As a Chef you will work as part of a committed and productive team in the delivery of healthy, creative and dietary specific meals for our 195 residents. You will work across a 7 day week on either anam or pm shift producingquality food that meetsand exceedsboth Sodexo and Client standards.
You will be a passionate Chef whothrives on food preparation andyou will be dedicated and highly knowledgeable across Food Safety Standards, Workplace Health & Safety and HACCP.
With demonstrated experience from within theAged Care/Healthcare/Educationindustry you will be fully conversant with special dietary requirements including allergies/intolerances, supplements and texture modified (soft & pureed) foods and have exceptional customer interaction skills.
We seek suitably qualified (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) Chefs who are passionate, who have empathy andwho can support our clients vision and values.
