The Company:

A privately owned Hospitality Brand with multiple successful venues and new venues in focus to open in 2020, this is an amazing opportunity to oversee the growth and strategies for a larger company structure. With strong backing and professional ownership, the client now seeks to appoint a Chief Operations Officer who with be charged with the strategic development of products, operational execution, business growth and management of the senior team across the portfolio.

The Role:

Reporting into the the company Directors and board, the Chief Operations Officer is a key role in the Senior Management of the business and will lead the charge in focusing on new growth areas and ROI. In this role, you will be leading the teams in new initiatives, operational strategies and positive growth of EBITDA, and development of growth plans and opportunities

Role Overview:

- Analysis of budgetary targets, auditing of financial and key business metrics
- Develop annual plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations across people, process, customer and performance
- Develop strategies across the brands to define marketing initiatives across each individual divisions
- Assessing and implementing new technologies and operational enhancements across the group
- Responsibility for Budgetary Reporting across Revenue, ROIC and EBITDA metrix Ideally Experience We Seek Include

- A Strong background of achievement in Financial Goals as well as operational advancement
- Must be a top Communicator at all levels from employees, management and stakeholders
- Have managed successful medium sized hospitality groups with a focus on A la Carte and Cafe offerings
- Come from a diverse operational background where you are across all departments from marketing to business development
- Ideally you will have a MBA or Bachelor's as a minimum
- Proven Analytic skills and the ability to Implement strategies to improve outcomes
- Overall, must be highly organised and detail oriented to ensure overall consistency across the brands
