What is the role?
Our Energy and Sustainability Services Division is the world leader in energy procurement, sustainability reporting, and energy efficiency, with over 35 years' experience of helping clients reduce their energy spend & achieve their business and sustainability goals.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Client Management team. Based in our Melbourne CBD office, the key aims of the role will be to support the Client Energy Manager to design energy management plans which drive efficiencies for the client whilst growing the services delivered by Schneider Electric. Specific responsibilities will include:
Assist with coordinating client meetings and the preparation of materials for the meeting(s) and presentations
You will generate reports, as required by the business and the clients
Provide client training on Schneider Electric’s website, Resource Advisor
Establish and build relationships with clients at all levels as required
Actively contribute to process improvements’ and new process development where practical
Participate in structured training programs and initiate self-driven training of the energy industry and Schneider Electric’s service offerings
Support the Client Energy Manager in working with clients and Schneider Electric’s Energy operations team in setup and implementation of data for new clients
Contribute to process enhancement and new process development

Proven experience within a service industry including direct customer interface exposure in either in sales, client relationships or similar
You will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and highly proficient with MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a consistent track record of providing excellent customer service
Candidates with exposure to the energy industry will be highly advantaged as would those with experience in identifying cost-saving or value generating opportunities
