Guided by and in support of ASIO's strategic objectives, this role is responsible for overseeing the Organisation's talent sourcing, assessment and deployment arrangements to ensure it is positioned to anticipate and meet future capability requirements. The role will be significant in supporting the ongoing maturing and uplift of capability in the HR workforce/function. To be successful in this role you will have: demonstrated experience as a flexible and collaborative leader; demonstrated expertise in workforce planning/capability assessment; experience translating workforce capability requirements into attraction, assessment and deployment strategy; a demonstrated ability to build the capability of teams; strong strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills; strong stakeholder engagement experience including working across teams to deliver business outcomes; demonstrated courage to challenge and disrupt the status quo; the ability to lead and effect organisational change; and self-awareness and a positive approach to considering and respecting diverse ideas and perspectives.
