Description

These will be your tasks

- Delivering world class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone in a contact center environment
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries
- Using proprietary software programs to track calls
- Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
- Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers
- Maintaining productive relationship with peers through positive team work
- Working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
- Performing other duties as assigned. Accomplishing related results as needed

You're offering these qualifications

- Minimum of one year call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Problem solving skills
- Computer savvy; Internet usage required
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment and in an ever-changing environment along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to approach conflict resolution with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
