JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Offer a high level of customer service to uphold the company brand and reputation.
* Respond to all requests within the required service level agreements.
* Take care to ensure that all client requests are processed accurately and with efficiency
* Monday - Friday (No weekends)


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
* GDS - Sabre/Amadeus is preferred, conversion courses offered.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Auto Ticketing
* Strong team player
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to build good relationships
