Infoblox is looking for a passionate ANZ Sales leader in the cybersecurity space to lead the region into greater success. This role requires your proven experience leading high-performing enterprise sales team across Australia and New Zealand to join us in Sydney. The business requires a sophisticated sales leader able to play the coach/player role and achieve the sales growth through developing existing and new accounts by working with large enterprise customers to improve and expand their business.

The ideal candidate must have solution sales experience in Networking, Security and or Cloud/SaaS and managing large enterprise accounts. To establish and drive the execution of the strategic plan pertaining to operational and financial effectiveness which will deliver market leading levels of performance and results.


- Driving sales growth and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Responsibility for attaining sales revenue and profitability objectives by developing new business, sales channel management and key account sales
- Understand and convey key business values to distributors, resellers and customers
- Develop and participate in formulating and administering sales strategies and business plan
- Reinforce operational discipline and predictability through accuracy forecast and tracking
- Develop close working relationship with engineering and marketing counterparts to help identify and leverage the product competitiveness
- Recruit, lead and motivate the team to deliver their individual and collective quotas
- Managing sales activities to ensure best practice and maximum win ratios
- Build incremental pipelines and revenue recognition Requirements

- At least 15+ years in successful technology sales with a proven track record of attaining quotas in ANZ market
- Ability to understand complex technical problems in the Networking and Security/Cloud industry at a business level
- Having strong sales experience and customer relationships across ANZ
- Experience in building high performing team and leadership skills to develop innovative growth plans
- Experience in selling at executive levels and executive contact experience
- Excellent knowledge of multiple platforms in correlation with networking/security, competitors and market landscape is required
- Shape offers in pursuit of new business and portfolio enhancement
- Create solutions that creatively address customer value chain and business requirement
- Extensive level of industry acumen; keep current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges
- Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment, where all must have the “roll up your sleeves” and get it done attitude Education:
