About the Role: The Gore Medical Products Division based in Belrose, NSW, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will provide superior service and solutions to our customers both internal and external, making Gore easy to buy from and easy to sell for.
 
Responsibilities:
Effectively supporting the order to cash process, through exceptional customer service, including:
 
Administering order fulfilment using an ERP system
Supporting case and consignment field inventory requirements i.e. inventory fulfilment, logistics, returns and stock dispositions 
 
Provide support and fulfil internal and external customer’s queries via phone, email and systems including ecommerce platforms, ERP, CRM, event management system
Serve as a liaison to enable effective sales interactions between the internal & external customer. Represent the company in a professional manner with each customer interaction.
Coordinate and administer events to support sales team e.g. educational dinner meetings for physicians, physician to physician training days etc.
Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements resulting in better efficiency and enhanced quality of our services
Perform additional ad hoc activities as deemed necessary to support the business
Required Qualifications:
HSC or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in an administrative customer-facing role where accuracy and process discipline is essential
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated experience in navigating through multiple software systems and applications 
Detail-oriented while able to stay focused on the broader goals and objectives
Effective and professional communication skills, written and oral 
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
Flexible, open-minded, and solution-oriented team player 

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience working in a regulated or medical customer service environment, call center or an international business setting 
Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes, including proficiency in using Enterprise Resourse Planning (ERP) system, preferably SAP
