We are currently seeking two experienced Data Analysts in Deals Analytics to join us on an initial 3-month contract with potential of extensions in our Sydney CBD office.

Deals bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses from deal-concept to deal-close. Made up by Transactions Value Advisory, Corporate Finance Restructuring and Food & Agribusiness Advisory, each team offers data driven insights that enable clients to move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.
As a Data Analyst in our Deals Analytics team, your impact will be seen by:

Supporting the team to enhance our Deals Analytics efforts, utilising your technical skills in the following: Microsoft SQL, Alteryx Server & Alteryx Designer, Data Visualisation tools (Tableau, etc.), Applications Development (Powershell, C#), and Scripting (Python, VBA).

Cleansing, manipulating or joining large volumes of data to facilitate analytics.

Setting up base analytics packs/dashboards in visualisation packages for use and tailoring by our clients or PwC client facing teams.

Drafting storyboards and reports for our clients to bring data to life in the context of a client's divestment or acquisition of a business.

Developing combinations of scripts, programmes, databases, dashboards to deliver analytics to solve specific client problems.

About you
You are an experienced Data Analyst with strong technical skills in Microsoft SQL and Alteryx (Server & Designer), ideally with previous background working in the Financial Deals sector (highly desirable) .
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to work with a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
