The Position:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Aldinga Beach Court. This facility is modern, well-equipped and isworking innovatively to deliver a model of carethat supportsLife Cares objective of enablingeach individual to "Live Every Day".

The Enrolled Nurseis primarily responsible for medication administration, wound management and for the supervision of Personal Carers working in their areas of responsibility.

As the first line supervisor the Enrolled Nurse is expected to manage day to day issues that arise and ensure effective communication with the Registered Nurses tomaintain optimal customer focused careof our Residents and encourage a positive team environment within the facility.

This role will be casual in the first instance and will require an individual who is flexible to cover am and pm shifts across a 7 day roster.

The person weare seeking will be a highly skilled, flexible, reliable and experiencedEnrolled Nurse. Your demonstrated leadership skill andknowledge of the aged care environment will ensure you make an effective contribution to the team at Aldinga Beach Court.

Key experience skills & attributes:

- Enrolled Nurse with a minimum 12 months postgraduate Aged Care experience
- Excellent time management with the flexibility to meet changing requirements
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Excellent communication and people skills
