As the Events Specialist for our Life & Investments business, you’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where you’ll plan and execute events for internal and external stakeholders. As an experienced Events Specialist, you’ll project manage events and programs from conception through to completion to ensure successful delivery. Events will include national roadshows, town halls, client facing events, industry sponsorships and internal employee engagement.

To be our ideal candidate…
 
You’ll be highly organized with demonstrated events experience. You’ll be able to manage projects independently as well as in conjunction with Senior Managers and the Head of Marketing & Communications. Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will see you develop relationships in the event industry and within the business, and you’ll influence stakeholders to challenge the norm and drive continuous improvement.
 
Your previous experience in budget management and cost of spend for each event will also be crucial to your success. You’ll also be proficient at delegate management and reporting/metrics, and have good attention to detail, planning and time management.
 
Your experience will have ideally come from within the financial services / professional services industry, but we are equally interested in people who have well honed events experience from other industries / agencies.
