- Lead a cross-functional team in developing Prospa's cross-sell/up-sell/retention capability - customer segmentation and profiling, propensity modelling, journey mapping, experience management, contact strategy, communication automation and reporting
- Deliver customer growth through insight driven marketing programs across the customer's lifecycle
- Work closely with the other heads of marketing, and a broader cross-functional team, to achieve overall category targets of lead nurture, x-sell, retention, engagement, utilization of products, LTV
- Co-author the Customer Strategy playbook that will facilitate scaling CRM multi-product across the organisation
- Develop content that ultimately supports SEO optimization, lead nurture, conversion and retention, brand consideration and awareness
- Deeply understand the small business owner target customers and continue to build high value customer segments that are applicable across the business
- Translate the creative platform into customer marketing assets in collaboration with our internal design team
- Increase awareness of Prospa and our product offering through rich content and community activity that creates value for our audience
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to marketing, executives and other internal teams


- Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and the pros and cons of various tools and technology. Working knowledge of Marketo or similar preferable.
- Knowledge of CRO & A/B Testing tools and techniques. Experience delivering business performance uplift from A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong understanding of data, propensity modelling and automated comms platforms
- Deep understanding of customer insights, and how these can be translated into actionable business/marketing activity
- Understand the full customer funnel and how different channels play a role in the customer's journey to purchase
- Understanding of underlying data framework that supports marketing. Should have a perspective on how customer/marketing data can be unified and visualized for easily accessible and actionable insight
