- Lead a team of digital performance specialists, whilst working collaboratively with agency partners and cross-functional team of product, analytics and technical specialists to achieve business outcomes
- Diversify digital marketing mix by identifying and testing new channels
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to marketing, executives and other internal teams
- Deliver consist growth and performance improvements from digital acquisition channels
- Improve brand awareness and favorability of the Prospa brand through online marketing activities. Formulate plan to understand and track long term customer journey - Awareness Need Transaction Repeat Loan
- Recommend and test methods to understand the impact of offline channels on online marketing and impact of digital marketing on other channels


- Growth mindset with a natural ability to lead, motivate and educate a direct team of digital experts
