We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company in The Telecommunications Sector.

- Multiple Retail and Partner sales channels
- Key account management for strategic relationships across both brands
- Development of long-term strategic growth plans
- Build sales capability to drive growth and performance across all channels - direct in direct and third parties
- Cross team activities designed to reduce churn of Retail & Partner acquired customers
- Leadership - engaging and building a high-performance team

- Extensive experience as a strong, accountable, effective Senior Sales Leader
- Demonstrated experience managing a Multi-Channel Sales within a similar retail/utilities business
- Extensive experience in identifying and developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
- The ability to drive performance and deliver on results - managing to budget, and to build sustained improvement across areas that are underperforming
- A track record of negotiation across large and often complex customers engagements
- An ability to coach, mentor and build high engagement of a sales workforce
