So what’re we offering?
We are on the hunt for a Sydney based Key Account Manager to join us in building and driving the Diageo business as an integral part of the On Premise business unit leading our National Account Groups. Key to the role is driving the performance, volume, visibility & profitability of company brands within a defined set of customers. In this role you will be tasked with leading the marketing business planning agenda across the entire channel including key customers across a number of stakeholders. You'll set strategic performance goals which align and support towards the overall goals of our business. New business development also forms an important dimension in this role.
What ingredients do you need?
To be successful you'll have amazing stakeholder management/engagement skills with the ability to align deliverables and measurements consistent with team and business goals. In addition you will have in-depth knowledge of the retail market with the ability to understand the similarities and differences among consumer types and how they impact decisions/strategies.
