You supporting the strong and growing Private Banking Australia business credit facilities for ultra-high, along with high net-worth PB clients.

You responsibilities covering clients single stock structured facilities, residential mortgage backed facilities, margin loans and limited recourse borrowing.

Your support on OTC Derivatives, AM, EAM

Your assistance on Advisory Services

Your guidance across various legal and regulatory PB matters / projects e.g. supporting various organic and inorganic growth plans, regulatory developments, operational projects, precedent management, cross border, new business initiatives, defaulted matters / work-outs, along with general legal matters

Supporting Cash Equities in the growing of the business of Credit Suisse Equities (Australia) Ltd (CSEAL), along with various CSEAL projects e.g. legal & regulatory developments, operational projects, precedent management.

Australian general project work e.g. regulatory / legal development / legal entity / outsourcing / service provider projects.You Offer 

5-6 years PQE and being Australian qualified.

Experience with you having had private practice (top tier) and/or in-house (investment bank or financial institution) Private Banking experience (preferably broad Banking/Finance/Lending experience)

Strong understanding of PB products and required engagement model to support a diverse and growing business.

Being able to take the initiative, manage high work-loads, have a solutions-focused mindset and being a strong team player.
