OrganisationWith more than 100 stores all across Australia, this growing Franchising Business are dedicated to ensuring their associates are provided with an environment geared towards the recognition of achievement, growth, safety and well-being.With offices based in the Hills area, they are on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to join their friendly team and be the first point of contact for any IT related issues.PositionReporting to the IT Manager, you will provide quality service and support hundreds of end users across Australia.Some of your key responsibilities will be:Provide first level support for any IT hardware, software and application related issues
Log support requests in the IT support ticketing system.
Create and set up users in various systems
Liaise with Vendors and Suppliers.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
Update users on progress during problem resolution
Maintain knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents

Technical requirements2-3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting IT issues in medium size environments
Customer support experience (via phone, email, remotely or face to face)
Good technical knowledge across Windows 8/10, Active Directory and Office 365
Knowledge and understanding of networking e.g. Wifi, VPN, LAN/WAN
Ability to work independently and show initiative
IT degree or equivalent qualification and relevant IT certifications
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Exposure to ERP systems a plus, such as JDEdwards, SAP or Pronto
Excellent communication and customer service skills
