Mt Maria College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced administrative assistant for the position of Library Assistant.
Duties include facilitating circulation of resources, maintaining equipment and materials, providing administration support, assisting teachers and students and assisting with Library activities.
The successful applicant will display an understanding of the work of a library or resource centre with experience and knowledge in the use technology and proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Mt Maria College, North Brisbane’s first Catholic Co-Educational College, was established in 1978. Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required: 3 days/wk (7.5 hours per day)
Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 3 - $27.65 per hour
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
