To support our success we are currently seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join the Digital Distribution team in our Brisbane head office. About the Role... In this newly created role, you will help develop and implement marketing and communications activities to help grow awareness, consideration, and engagement for Beam. Beam is Sunsuper's innovative payment solution that allows employers to manage super and payroll through one central platform - halving the industry standard for how quickly super contributions can hit a member's account. This role is available as an initial 12-month fixed term opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for: Work collaboratively with multiple business stakeholders to execute a range of integrated marketing and communications campaigns for Beam including digital advertising, content marketing, events and social channels which contribute to building the awareness of the Beam brand in the payroll marketplace. Implement and monitor customer marketing and communications initiatives to help drive adoption of the Beam product and increase conversions to Sunsuper by employers and members. Develop product messaging that differentiates Beam services from others in the market. Create content and product marketing collateral, internal communications, documents, support tools, and materials to support Beam partners and sales and service teams. Engage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage complex relationships as required. For example, Brand Marketing & Communications, Customer Marketing & Communications, Relationship Managers, Risk, Legal and Compliance, media and advertising agencies. About You... To ensure success you will possess: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Commerce or related discipline. Minimum of three years' experience in an equivalent marketing role. Proven experience in copywriting plus two or more of the following disciplines: campaign management, product marketing, content marketing, social media management, PR and/or direct response marketing. Experience at transforming conceptual marketing requirements into pragmatic solutions. Ability to strike a balance between providing a strong delivery, whilst working in a cooperative decision-making environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and manage a number of activities within tight timeframes. How to Apply...
