The National Employer Brand Manager sets the employer marketing strategy for the Firm and leads the team to effectively implement this strategy across the business.
This position is part of the TA leadership team, reporting directly into the TA Director.

Build PwC’s reputation in the market as an Employer of Choice by developing marketing strategies and design campaigns that support our firm strategy.
Be a key conduit with the broader Marketing and Events community to ensure we are connected and cohesive with our execution to the market.
Lead and coach the team in the execution of the Employer Branding strategy.
Working with the campus team to design student engagement strategies and large-scale recruitment campaigns and manage the campus marketing budget
Working within the framework of our complex and highly governed brand, push the brand to create new creative styles and approaches.
Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns, careers social channels, editorial calendars, and measuring success and return on investment.
Devise strategy for a multi-channel market and business plan. This could include sponsorships, partnerships, channels, social and digital, and events.
Work alongside Talent Acquisition managers to create and implement bespoke advertising and campaigns to attract quality diverse talent.
Work with Web publishing platforms, CRMs and ATS platforms to create a unique candidate experience.

You have solid experience in leading a team to develop, execute and demonstrate ROI on multi-channel marketing programs with multiple influencers, deadlines and budgets and are capable of working autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Talent Acquisition, HC and other areas within an organisation. You’re passionate about social and digital strategies for careers, content strategy, channels, partnerships and sponsorships, events, and brand direction. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.
