What You'll Do

As a Graduate in our world-class team you will gain hands-on experience rotating through several technologies in your first year and will have the ability to earn industry-leading certifications. You'll have access to CX Labs with over $1.7Bn in Cisco assets and you'll use this equipment to learn and stay up to date on cutting-edge innovations to understand what makes them tick.

Who You'll Work With
You will work with some of the industry's brightest minds who will help challenge and develop your skills. This will include collaborating with industry experts, who value your ideas and perspective on how to get things done. You will also partner with internal Cisco engineering and product organisations in providing resolution to interesting problems . As you develop you will be exposed to work directly with our partners and customers providing technical support and become a strategic partner to our customers, saving their business from the impact of network incidents, solving and preventing the recurrence of technical issues. Cisco will invest in your development with extensive training and development in both technical plus soft skills such as leadership and customer areas.

Who You Are
Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, such as Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering or a similar field
You are passionate to learn new things and technologies - such as networking, information technology or computer science
You are committed and passionate for customer success
You enjoy problem solving
You have the ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a fast-paced team environment and work independently
You want to help others
You are willing to share ideas and brainstorm
You have strong people skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and other internal teams
You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
You have some experience and are keen to grow in one or more of the following areas: Voice or Collaboration, Switching, Server/Virtualization, Storage, Service Provider, Routing, Networking, Security, Wireless
Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian or NZ Citizen
