The Opportunity

You will work with
competency leaders in our Tax business to identify, pursue and convert market
opportunities across our strategic growth priorities in Law, Private and

Your key responsibilities

Develop and execute the
go-to-market plan for each of the priorities across Australia
Develop the Tax market-facing brand, by
participating in industry conferences, engaging on social media platforms,
developing and taking points of view to market and other related
activities that will help support our go-to-market strategy in the segment
Identify, pursue and convert opportunities
Take on account leadership roles as required
on selected accounts.

Skills and
attributes for success:

Ability to work within a matrixed
organization-balancing the needs of the client against firm initiatives
and goals.
ability of strategic identification of opportunities
experience and capability to win profitable opportunities for the firm
understanding of the service offerings of a large tax practice
experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in tax accounts

Ideally, you’ll also have:

Solid and current up to date
understanding of the external marketplace/industry and competitive
Strong familiarity with trends and
issues that create opportunities to add value to a client’s business
Ability to create a strong first impression,
commanding attention and respect
