Are you an experienced Office all-rounder?

Zippy Tie Man is an Australian Owned business. We are looking for an confident,enthusiastic person that can look after our day to day Office administration for our business as well as dispatch our Customer orders. This position is available in our Warehouse in Coffs Harbour.

You must haveexcellent office administration skills with proficient useof Microsoft Office, great time management skills and be able to multi-task, have exceptional Customer service skills both verbal and writtenand haveAccounts Receivable experience (MYOB desirable)including debt collections with high accuracy of data entry. You must be able to work independently be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude using your own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited too:

Invoicing and receipting payments in MYOB

Debt collections on overdue accounts

Daily running of the Office including answering Customer calls and enquires, providing information and prices to Customers,providing Customer quotes, preparing Customer run sheets for sales reps, providing products to walk in Customers, organising accommodation bookings, office supplies and other Adhoc general office duties.

Picking/packing and dispatching Customer orders

Preparing stock for sales reps and completing stocktakes

Providing assistance to sales reps when required

General Adhoc Warehouse duties

What's on offer:

Permanent full time position- Monday to Friday 38hours per week. (8.30am to 5pm)

$45K + Super

Manual Drivers Licence essential.
