Our client is seeking a team player to join there expanding legal team. If you have 12 months or more experience as a paralegal and are seeking your next opportunity with an awesome working enviroment, this could be the role for you!

The Role

Working within a large legal team, this exciting and diverse paralegal role is predominantly based in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD however may involve travel to attend meetings and assist with legal work.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with case management plans
- Support the claim lawyer and provide updates and identified risks
- Project management activities to support claims management
- Assist the progress of title claims
- Manage legal correspondence
- Perform research as required
- Preparation of relevant legal documentation
- Transcribing and taking minutes
- Filing and preparation of court documentation About You

- At least 12 months experience within a Paralegal role
- Ability to handle legal matters: knowledge of the law, Research, interpretation of the law and acting for the client
- Remains calm under pressure
- Ability to think systematically
- Ability to work autonomously
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Results orientated
