This personal banking representative position is within the high performing and successful inbound sales and customer service team. Thrive in this role to build rapport with your customers as you articulately identify their needs, motives and financial status to provide tailored solutions based on their needs.

Based in their large, polished Parramatta office only a 5 minute walk from the train station, you will see yourself around like minded individuals with exceptional training as a personal banker to cultivate and grown your career within the global banking world.

About the role


- Handling and responding to all front line customer enquiries - hot leads only (no cold calling)
- Tailoring personalised banking solutions for customers on products and services based on their needs
- Promoting the 5 products, services and benefits to all customers
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers
- Building rapport with customers to generate referrals, sales and leads for other channels
- Compiling, updating and tracking data Skills & experience


- Customer service OR call centre OR sales experience is desirable
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with KPIs would be ideal
- Bubbly personality with a passion for customer service
- Confident on the phone with an exceptional phone manner
