An exciting opportunity exists to join our BMA Asset Engineering Team based in Brisbane. Engineering at BMA plays a critical role in ensuring safety and stability of each Operation. The engineering function is accountable for the validation and assurance of the integrity of the Business Critical Equipment across all BMA Operations, the governance of the Blueprint and management of change as well as accountable for the management of the capital portfolio. This role being based in Brisbane and reporting to the Governance & Technical Stewardship Superintendent, will help support the business in governance and providing technical support to the Operations for the Dragline fleet. Having a focus on Draglines will allow you to:
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to solve complex problems;
Develop and contribute to the delivery of initiatives which support priorities for continuous improvement;
Support and govern maintenance of the Operation's Dragline blue print (engineering standards, specifications drawings, processes, systems and procedures;
Collaborate with relevant departments, suppliers, consultants and contractors &
Support the integrated delivery of projects by the site Engineering team, asset projects or major projects groups.
About You

As part of the Asset Engineering Team within BMA the following attributes will be key to your success:
Experience managing  contractors to deliver positive results in safety, culture and productivity;
Tertiary and/or Post Graduate qualification in Engineering;(preferable structural)
Supervisory and Project Management experience;
Technical Dragline Experience; (preferable structural)
