About The Role

Role Type: Permanent

The Procurement Operations Manager (Source to Contract) role is responsible for ensuring that ANZ’s global Source to Contract processes are well managed and operating effectively and efficiently with a key focus on enhancing the end user experience and enhancing controls. In this role you will be required to investigate current processes and provide recommendations / implement in order to uplift to a best practice environment. This role is focused on a streamlining and digitisation agenda ensuring excellent ongoing process management.

As process owner for the ANZ’s Source to Contract processes, you will work closely with the S2C delivery lead and ANZ’s BPO Partner IBM to ensure that Risks are understood, managed, and mitigated.

You will also work closely with ANZ Corporate Experience Delivery Teams in Technology and SAP Ariba to understand emerging best practice and opportunities to explore upgrades and improvements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Extensive experience in Sourcing Processes, including VEP, RFX, Contracting ideally across geographies.
- Strong delivery background

- Strong Domain expertise

- Strong influencing skills
