Each item listed below should be a key responsibility of the person, not a day-to-day activity.)Typically, job descriptions should contain no more than seven or eight key responsibilities ranked in order of highest percentage time to least.1.Develop, own and drive new business strategies across ANZ that lead to business growth.2.become a product expert on ASP product lines and work closely with our regional commercial marketing partners around the world to drive revenue growth and market share gains3.generate/maintain up to date market intelligence and be ahead of the curve with regards trends & opportunities across the ANZ infection prevention landscape.4.design and be able to execute innovative business, promotional and go to market models and strategies that will maintain and grow our market leading position.5.Develop Marketing Qualified Leads using digital and traditional marketing channels. Maintain and own a strong and robust database of marketing qualified leads and customer nurture loop.6.Develop & Maintain Key Opinion Leader Network in ANZ Infection Prevention market. Develop strategies to engage this network to deliver business growth7.Marketing Governance including copy approval of promotional materials, managing of New Product Introduction, Product Lifecyle management and Demand Forecast.8.Achieve high levels of customer engagement with the ASP product range through management of relationships, product support and service.9.Increase unit growth, profitability and market share for existing and potential customers, achieving Business Strategic objectives through development and execution of a customer focused promotional activities.10.Implement business strategies, coordinate internal business processes to support and deliver service innovation where appropriate, resulting in improved outcomes for the Customer.11.Align on business strategy and planning goals with National Sales Manager. Minimum weekly connection with Manager. Monthly sales results and activity reports.12.Research and identify each Customer’s critical success factors as a basis for identifying innovative sales and service opportunities which deliver improved Customer business performance and health care outcomes13.Build relationships and develop loyalty with senior customers and decision makers14.Implement innovative Customer support services / tender arrangements which lead to long term favourable customer relationships15.Monitor customer perceptions as a basis for feedback to ASP team members and improving performance16.Set up appropriate systems for obtaining customer feedback.17.Ensure compliance with the “Customer Complaints Procedure”18.Optimise use of company value added services to improve customer relationships19.Ensure appropriate problem solving strategies are used by Product Specialists when dealing with product or service difficulties20.Conducts routine and regular meetings with customers to monitor perceptions and build relationships21.Manage customer complaints to ensure any issues are handled promptly, professionally and adequately addresses customer satisfaction issues22.Manage business within Fortive 9 and ethical standards23.Lead by example, adhere to corporate ethics and standardsProvide coaching and direction in the development of each team member through on the job learning, training / education and / or focused project work.Co-ordinate development with Marketing Product Managers. Create an environment built on teamwork within sales, across marketing and support departments leading to improved team and Company performance, job satisfaction and retention through people development. Follow company protocol to ensure high calibre recruitment and succession plan fulfilled.24.Manage samples and sales related expenses within the agreed forecast and/or guidelines.
