This role is offered on a flexible full time basis. **Your key responsibilities** + Support large and/or complex proposals or oversee significant portions of major or highly complex proposals + Develop pitch techniques for the new digital world + Work collaboratively with teams on pursuits and independently when required + Work with senior stakeholders to implement creative client deliverables + Quickly build rapport and establish credibility with diverse teams across the firm **Skills and attributes for success** + Superior MS Office suite capabilities + Experience in Agile methodologies + Deep understanding of digital technologies and innovative techniques in pre-sales and pursuits context + Understanding of the design and production process + Must have a strong personal presence and the ability to influence without authority **Ideally, you'll also have** + A strong sense of urgency and flexibility + Ability to work under pressure, maintain control, show determination, persistence and resilience + A sense of humour and the ability to be part of a committed, focused team + Ability to use initiative, problem solve and to make appropriate recommendations **Who are Core Business Services?** The EY Core Business Services (CBS) team help support the business enablement functions that help keep EY running and maintain its success!
