We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:


• Act as the "Person Responsible" to be named on the MHRA Licence.
• Prioritise full compliance with MHRA requirements and medical device regulations to ensure patient safety.
• Identify, shape and deliver relevant training and strategies to support the continual improvement of the business unit.
• Support the Quality Management team with the development, management and maintenance of all elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) within DHL Supply Chain - Life Science & Healthcare UK (DSC-LS&H - UK), to ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements, company’s internal quality policies and meet customer expectations.

• Life Science experience - (Desirable)
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the Pharmaceutical/NHS Industry – (Desirable)
• Auditing experience for Quality Management Systems. (Essential)
• Fully conversant with ISO 9001 Regulations. (Essential)
