VGA has a great opportunity for a flexible and professional Dealership Receptionist to join Volvo Commercial Vehicles Newcastle, located in Beresfield. Being the first point of contact for all stakeholders, you will need to be highly organised, flexible and have outstanding customer service values. About the role:
Provide a highly efficient and professional telephone communications service to all external and internal customers
General administration assistance for the dealership, including data entry, stationery replenishment, filing, truck sales and accounts support, coordination of mail/couriers
To complement and enhance the company's professional image by providing a customer focused gateway to our business premises, including maintaining the reception area
To assist with collating and preparing various reports / accounts receivable and month end processes
Coordinate functions and travel arrangements
General administration as required for the NSW Dealer Principal and Business Support Manager.
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar administration role
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
Strong background in an administration / reception environment
Dynamic individual who has the ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong initiative and problem solving
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A team player with a good sense of humour, who is cooperative and can works effectively in a diverse team.
