Calling all experienced Receptionists and Office Administrators! Randstad is currently seeking applications for an experienced Receptionist / Office All-Rounder to join our construction client who is based the south side of Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday to commence immediately.

Our construction client prioritises strong administration skills . The ideal candidate must not only have strong experience in reception but also in administration. While the role will primarily revolve around front desk reception, the ideal candidate must also be an all rounder and able to assist with various administrative duties around the office (whether it be the accounts team or HR etc). The ideal candidate will thus be well presented, have strong face to face communication skills and phone manner and also have strong data entry and administration skills. Roles include:

- Front Desk Reception
- Answering Phone Calls and being the first point of contact for the business
- Redirecting calls to the right teams/departments
- Assist with coordination of office events
- Coordinate maintenance duties
- Assist other teams with any general office duties or admin support – i.e. HR and Accounts teams
- Emails
- Organise calendars
- Redirecting visitors, clients and customers
- Offering general admin and office support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Data entry and scanning of documents
- Place orders for office supplies
- Mail sorting

- Excellent interpersonal skills, sound organisational and administrative skills

- Excellent phone manner
- Strong email and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills
- 3 years experience minimum in a similar role
- Able to confidently redirect calls and email communications to other parts of the business
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Microsoft Office experience a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pick up new CRM systems quickly
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and own transport
